Guixi plant's unit replacement project passes test run

The first 640MW ultra-super critical unit of CPI Guixi Power Plant passed the 168-hour full-load test running.

The unit produced 154GWh electricity accumulatively, achieved 97.7% load factor and excelled in all technical indicators, indicating that Unit 2 was ready for commercial operation.

As the only new thermal unit put into operation this year in Jiangxi Province, the 640MW ultra-super critical Unit 2 is ready for operation to meet the "summer peak of power use", and will play an important role in alleviating the power shortage in Jiangxi Province.
