Asia leads world's smart grid industry

Asian countries have been investing huge funds to achieve a stronger future grid.

They invest huge funds to transform and upgrade traditional power transmission network, increase IT development and application of technology to achieve strong future grid, smart and green.

But the Asian countries in pursuit of the future road network reflect the diversity worthy of our attention.

China, India and Russia and other emerging economies is committed to building a strong and reliable transmission and distribution network to support future economic growth; Singapore, Japan, Korea and Australia and other mature economies are more committed to the demand side of the grid technology development and application of IT technology and through the power grid in order to achieve the integration of intelligent and efficient.

At the same time, sweeping through the world of "smart grid" revolution brought new technologies and business model innovation, the traditional power grid is bound to a huge market impact, change or even subversion of the traditional business model and the power company's code of conduct, and thus contains the future uncertainty and risk.
