Korea hikes electricity price by 4.5%

South Korea's electricity price for industrial and educational sectors and office buildings will be raised by an average 4.5 percent.

However, though rates for households and the agricultural industry will remain intact.

This is part of efforts to cut electricity use during the winter high season, according to the Ministry of Knowledge
