TNB Kuala Lumpur losses RM14 million to power theft
TNB Kuala Lumpur had also recorded a loss of more than RM14 million due to power theft from September 2011 to March this year.
There were 2,000 cases on which the figure had been taken.
The losses do not include 2,000 more cases on which action are being taken and other cases such as the theft of TNB devices like cables, high tension cable wires and metal electricity conductors.
TNB is regularly working on beating these immoral activities as they could give a negative picture to foreign investors," said TNB General Manager (Kuala Lumpur) Datuk Ir Abdul Aziz Jaafar.
