It plans to build four offshore wind farms in Changhua county.

TOWSC intends to utilise its position in Changhua to form a consortium for future offshore wind opportunities.

The project will be located six km offshore from the Taiwan Strait.

The planned facility in Cigu District will have a capacity of 150MW.

The follow-on investment includes operating and construction projects.
