Longyuan Power output up 18.8% in February

China Longyuan Power Group posted an 18.79 per cent year-on-year increase in power generation to 1.75 tWh in February.

 

Wind power and renewable power generation provided the biggest increases with 43.83 per cent and 37.54 per cent, respectively,  year-on-year in February. On the other hand thermal power generation fell 5.62 per cent year-on-year.

In the first two months of 2011, the group generated power of 4.11 tWh, up 18.9 per cent year-on-year.

Wind power and renewable power generation rose 42.97 percent and 90.3 per cent year-on-year in the first two months while thermal power generation fell 1.96 percent year-on-year.
