Japan Renewable Energy Corporation breaks ground for 17.1MW PV project

The project is located in Inashiki, Ibaraki Prefecture.

Japan Renewable Energy Corporation has officially broken ground for the 17.1MW PV project in Inashiki, Ibaraki Prefecture.

The project is slated to be finished by December 2018 and is expected to power an estimated 4,435 homes. Power will be delivered to Tokyo Electric Power.

The project will use 54,300 solar panels once completed.
