Unit 2 of Liangcun cogeneration plant passes 168-hour test run
Unit 2 of Liangcun Cogeneration Plant of China Power Investment Hebei passed the 168-hour test run with an average unit load of 102.15%.
The equipment ran steadily with de-SOx and de-NOx systems commissioned simultaneously, and all operating indicators of the unit and systems reached or excelled original design value. The 2×300MW units of the plant have since been put into operation.
The Liangcun 2×300MW cogeneration plant is CPI's first co-generation project in the capital city of Hebei and also the first project that CPI Hebei Branch put into operation since its establishment. Unit 1 has been safely and steadily operating for 137 days after it passed 168-hour full-load test running on April 18 this year.
CPI Mengdong Energy Group: Construction Permit Acquired for Jinchi Railway
On 4 August 2011, approval was acquired for the new Jinchi Railway to be built over Jingtong Railway and Jincheng Railway. On August 18, the construction permit was officially acquired.
The acquisition of construction permit to build Jinchi Railway over national railways solved the bottleneck that has been restricting the Jinchi Railway project and made it possible to complete the Damutougou-Chaoyangbei section by the end of 2012.
